Description:

This is the OpenSolaris default theme - Nimbus. It includes:

These packages should be compatible with all debian based distributions.

You can get the latest version of the source from http://dlc.sun.com/osol/jds/downloads/extras/nimbus

Hi! I have a sort of beginners questions: how can I see nimbus in Sunaptic? is there some repository to add?
(I'm using Ubuntu 9.04. amd64) will I see any further updates of the theme there too?

For now, there is no repository for this theme, because I don't have the knowledge how to do it.

Please leave a .tar.gz of all files, I'd like prepare an rpm for Mandriva.
This webpage is gnome-look not ubuntu-look.
Thanks

 No Fedora?

So I take it no one intends to make this available for Fedora? As posted earlier this site is not distro specific. I do like the way this theme looks in the screens and am disappointed that I cannot try it out. If I were more knowledgeable about building it I would do it however I haven't gotten that far yet.

I've left the src-rpm for anybody can package it for fedora, redhat or suse.
By the way, you can install it with the rpm of mandriva i think you don't have any problem.
Also, you can download the source file with .tar.gz and install it with:
./configure --prefix=/usr
make
make install (like root)

jejejeje
