OSX-Tiger theme

GTK 2.x Theme/Style

OSX-Tiger theme

Submitted:  Apr 18 2007

This is my very first GTK-theme. It tries to imitate OSX Tiger operating system's Aqua theme. There are some differences, because GTK sets some limits what you can do and what not.

Theme uses some graphics from Glossy P theme.

This theme uses pixbuf engine so in Ubuntu you'll need to install gtk2-engines-pixbuf package.

I have written more about OSX imitating on my website www.taimila.com.

This theme is really great looking. I want to make my Xubuntu look like this. I am a newbie in this stuff. Can someone give me steps to follow in order to install this theme on my Xubuntu?

Thanks a lot.

extract the contents of the package to your /usr/share/themes directory. then find interface options within the xfce system prefs

It's nice to be able to run GTK apps on OS X with this theme.
