Description:

A simple theme inspired by the nonstep suite for litestep. http://nonstep.litestep.com/screenshots/

Wanted to make something that looked like it was done with CSS and this is what i came up with.

The cut out effect doesn't get displayed the way I would like due to the (lack of) options in the engine for stretching images, maybe this will change one day.

BMP Skin by me.
Window buttons from epicbard's MintJulup Openbox theme. http://www.uoguelph.ca/~fanguelo/dtop.html

Wallpaper by http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/1930189/
Icons by http://tango-project.org/Tango_Desktop_Project

Changelog:

1.6 (experimental. still cant decide if i like some of the changes)
-Too much to mention. Changed just about everything in one way or another.
1.5
-Decided to make a complete suite based on the theme. Will be going through the Tango icons making all of the folders match at every size...
-Added matching BMP Skin to the package.

haha. thanks. though there's no match that i'm aware of, just more nice themes for everyone. ;)

i've only edited about 8 of the scaable icons, i can upload those for you if you like. i think adding the whole set for a few different icons would be silly.

shouldn't have a stretching problem since the images are square. Did you try a 0,0,0,0 border on the images? Or a small image to be tiled and not stretched??

I tried changing broder size but it made no difference. I didn't know there was a tile option.

The problem is on the menubar where if a window is maximised the dashed lines are more obvious (and the way i'd prefer them to look) but as the window is smaller then the menubar gets shrunken horizontally and the dashes become dots, or just a line.

Setting it to not stretch works fine horizontally, but vertically it repeats as well and it looks horrible.

No biggy, though.

Thanks.
