Hi there, I like this theme very much and I use it on my arch system, it's the best I know so far. But wold I ask to much if you would make a lighter variation like IceCold or some other name, with white-light-blue backgroud instead of black-blue one? I saw you made DarkMint variation and it's great, I dual boot Mint with Arch. I hope I'm not asking too much.
Thanks for this amazing theme and your effort and time put in it.

Hey mate,

Thanks for the kind words.

As of the light theme, I had in mind something like that, but I dont like light theme so I gave up in the start. These 2 I use at work and at home and thats the only reason I update them. To be honest I would gladly make light version but I just dont have time... but things can change.

 Some deviants?

Dear originalseed, IMO your widget design is the best! A special thanks for xfwm4 theme. But so blackish themes are not convenient for me and I want to make one on the base of your in colors like http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/devART+Autumn+09+edition?content=114712. So need some help: it's not a problem to change color in gtkrc but recolorize graphics...
What program are you use creating widgets? GIMP? Inkscape? Maybe you can send me some sources (.xcf or smth else) of widgets from DarkCold and some instructions (or links to appropriate lessons/tutorials). Of course, if I post the result here all references, acknoledgements and admirations ;-) will be at place.

Hi mate,

I use photoshop for graphic. Unfortunately i dont have a PSD file. You can take the graphic transform to gray, create a new layer on top of the gray one, add some color and set that layer to overlay/linear dodge/linear color or what ever you think is best. Or just change the graphics.
