OK, I speak French, so I've translated the tutorial into English. Good luck.

(Je parle Francais/Anglais, alors j'ai traduis cette tutoriel en Anglais pour les gens qui ne comprennent pas)

1. Install /home/yourname/matrix/gtk2.0/matrix_by_fouderock in system --> preferences > appearance in the "theme" tab.

2. Install /home/yourname/matrix/gtk2.0/Azenis_Icons_Green.tar.gz

new: to add cursors, install it and chooose "lz file /windows/matrix_theme/gtk2.0 and apply

3. In the tab "desktop backgrounds", add, and choose the file: /home/yourname/matrix/font_d'ecran

4. In the tab: visual effects, activate the extra effects, if you can't, it's because your graphics card isn't powerful enough or you don't have the correct drivers.

5. Open a terminal and type:

Next, in the folder(s), find "apps/metacity/general/" and open the file: button_layout, then change the value: menu:minimize, maximize, close" to "close, maximize, minimize:menu"

6. In the terminal, type:

sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager
sudo apt-get install compiz-fusion-plugins-extra

7. Go to system > preferences > Compizconfig settings manager

8. activate "cube desktop" in the "desktop" catagory. and also "rotate cube"

9. In the desktop cube settings, select "appearance" and change the cube color to black (code hexadecimal #000000)

10. In Skydome, activate it and select image of skydome, select "/home/yourname/matrix/Skydome/font_d'ecran"/skydome.png"

11. In the transparent cube tab, put "opacity during rotation" to 60. "opacity when not rotating" to 100, and activate "transparent only if mouse..."

12. Next. you have to make sure you have 4 desktops selected. (go to compiz, in the catagory "general", In the "size" tab, make sure you have 4 selected.

13. Go to compizconfig main menu, and select effects, and activate "3D Windows"

14. In the effects catagory (still), activate animations and extra animations, and go into the animations setting.

15. In the open animation, > select animation, do "new" and select the burn effect, make it last (duration) 400. and in window type, put:

((type=Normal | Unknown) | name=sun-awt-X11-XFramePeer | name=sun-awt-X11-XDialogPeer) & !(role=toolTipTip | role=qtooltip_label) & !(type=Normal & override_redirect=1) & !(name=gnome-screensaver)

16. in the close animation tab, > select animation, do "new" and select EXPLOSION. put the duration to 500.
In Window type:

(type=Normal | Unknown) | name=sun-awt-X11-XFramePeer | name=sun-awt-X11-XDialogPeer) & !(role=toolTipTip | role=qtooltip_label) & !(type=Normal & override_redirect=1) & !(name=gnome-screensaver)

In the minimize animation, select animation, do "new" and do "burn". put the duration as 400.
As window type:

(type=Normal | Dialog | ModalDialog | Unknown)

18. In the extra animations settings, in the effects catagory, do in the burn sub-catagory, and put the burn color: #0B7B12 (code hexadecimal)

19. Back in compizconfig, enable paint with fire.

20. Thats it for Compiz, but you can enable more effects if you like

21. Install cairo-dock in terminal:
sudo apt-get install cairo-dock
Add it to your startup applications (system, preferences, startup) add: "cairo-dock -o) as the coommand.

22. you can now remove the bottom bar, so it doesnt get in the way of Cairo-dock.

23. for those you want xwinwrap:
xwinwrap -ni -o 0.60 -fs -s -sp -st -b -nf -- /usr/lib/xscreensaver/glmatrix -root -window-id WID

THere you go, I think I've said anything, thank you for installing matrix theme, good luck, and long live linux.

Full translation, :P took a while, but I hope it helped.
